As a Crew Manager, you are part of the Operations Management and report directly to the Accountable Manager. You’ll play a key role in selecting, guiding, and supporting our crew members. Having motivated flight and cabin crew members is a key assignment to ensure safety and excellence in daily operations. You’ll be part of a dynamic team and as part of the Operations Management, required to maintain high standards and foster a strong safety culture across the company.

Helvetic Airways AG is looking for a motivated
Training Planner 80-100%
Place of work: Kloten/Zurich (Switzerland)
Start date: immediately or by arrangement
The Training Planner (TRP) acts as main connection between training and crew
planning departments, is a part of the Ground Operations Department and
reports to the Nominated Person Ground Operations (GOP).
Duties and Responsibilities
- • maintaining the overview of all planned training courses for cockpit and cabin crews and
assuring that they are timely and correctly entered in the respective IT- tool
• timely planning of all required trainings and checks for cockpit and cabin crews
• planning of required instructors for all training courses and allocating them in respective ITtool
• coordination with all training organizations where helvetic airways uses training facilities
• maintaining functions and ratings of crew members in respective IT- tool
• supervision of LIFUS planning
• booking of accommodation for training purposes
• monitoring positioning arrangement for training purposes
Requirements
- • structured and clear way of thinking, documenting and acting
• communicates in a straight forward and transparent way
• talented in organizational matters
• willing to learn
• affinity to training related matters
