Crew Controller 80-100%

Base: Zurich 
Starting date: June 2023 or Upon mutual agreement

Duties and Responsibilities

• reacting on short/long term sick calls and finding an appropriate crew substitute in a timely manner
• supporting Operations Control Center (OCC) with any crew-related issues in case of daily operational irregularities or additional production organization
• booking hotels, flight tickets, car rentals for crews

Requirements

• fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication
• willingness to work at weekends and public holidays
• communicative and likes to work with people
• detail oriented, cooperative with "can do" attitude
• high degree of independence and commitment
• excellent analytical, planning, organizing skills and fully computer literate (MS Office)
• preferably previous experience within an airline environment
